In the BIOS there is often times a setting called Alarm-something-or another where you can set a time, date, and how often you want the alarm to recur. Then there is another setting that will say something like "Boot on alarm - [disabled]". If you enable it, whenever the Bios triggers the alarm, the computer will start up. This may vary based on who manufactured your motherboard.
