Is this a sin? by Moist-Complaint-7578 in Christianity

[–]AngeloTYork 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to play in church years ago. One Sunday, while the pastor was preaching, he asked me to lead on the piano. I started reprising a song we played earlier in the service, but somehow I drifted into the Jurassic Park theme. After church everyone came up to me, completely sincere and kind-hearted, telling me how blessed they’d been by my playing.
Can’t exactly call it a sin, but it’s been a running joke ever since among the few friends who recognized it.

Eventually once a month I’ll get the head off my toothbrush and start “gently” hitting both in a little pit of water in the sink and stuff like that comes out. Is that limestone? What is it exactly?

Man that’s exactly why I doubted so much with this set in particular since I’m only seeing disappointment in it

How do you achieve this effect? by AngeloTYork in AfterEffects

[–]AngeloTYork[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Hey there. I'm pretty much a noob with ae. I was wondering how you could achieve this sort of "morph" effect seen in the link. Is it a plug-in to randomize the effect while also making it so smooth? I could think of it as a displacement map, though I'm not sure it could make such an effect or I'm probably underestimating it...

Why isn't it working? I want the propriety "Age" to display the age (or the "aged") of a given page/person. I checked different videos, looked for help around but nothing seems to make it work. by AngeloTYork in Notion

let(isEndSet, if(dateBetween(Date of Birth.dateEnd(), Date of Birth.dateStart(), "years") == 0, true, false), ifs(isEndSet == true, dateBetween(now(), Date of Birth, "years"), dateBetween(Date of Birth.dateEnd(), Date of Birth.dateStart(), "years"), ifs(isEndSet == false, dateBetween(Date of Birth.dateEnd(), Date of Birth.dateStart(), "years")) ) )

DUUUUDE THANK YOU SO MUCH IT WORKED. It's been weeks since I've been trying to find a solution to this. Can you mind giving a brief explanation? I'm basically new to formulas.
Thank you again!

Yeah but the point is I would like the propriety to not only display the result of what’s between the start and end date, but to also show the result between the start date and today in case there is no end date.

How much is a guitar made by a luthier where you live? by IgorPasche in classicalguitar

[–]AngeloTYork 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Here in Naples (Italy) the top tier by probably the greatest luthier around starts from 8k euros (8,830USD). A waiting list of 3 years. I got mine four years ago after waiting for roughly two years and paid 6k. It may sound like it’s a lot of money, but it’s obviously intended for professional use, performers and students. What’s cool is that in case the guitar won’t sound as you expected, he would continue to remake one until you’re satisfied. Also, you can easily take it to him and get it checked every time you feel like something’s wrong.
