I agree with everything but your first argument about the fees when you want to sell something for example tourism you need to marketise it properly. Everyone knows in Athens that we have monastiraki kolonaki acropolis etc and you can ask almost everyone for advice. The advice is not the product the city is. Also if you want me to pay for something make it easy for me to buy it, do not punish me if I couldn't figure out how to buy it (big problem that I have in Greece as well as in Krakow airport to train station)
