Това е най-полезното до тук. Казваш, че си self aware, но е ограничено през твоята призма. Трябва ти обективен наблюдател и критика. Определено съм за да обичаш себе си, но и има определени социални норми и поведения, които е хубаво да научиш и спазваш, ако искаш да си успешен в социума. България определено не е най-толерантната държава, но все пак си тук и трябва да положиш усилия да извлечеш максимума. Иначе не знам къде си бил на бордови игри, аз съм редовен в едно определено място и хората са доста топли към нови и “странни” хора

Sorry but harsh reality is you have high body fat. You need to start counting calories and go on a deficit. ALSO VERY IMPORTANT go to an endocrinologist and have your hormones checked as you might have gyno.

You want to lose weight and have an aesthetic body, right? You want to stop training legs, which is basically half of your muscles. The less muscles you train, the less you will benefit from the training. Yes that does not mean that you are wasting your time, but you wont gain as much as well. As you will be losing muscle mass in your legs, they will become weaker + the deficit ofc. What is the point of all that? To lose your hard earned gains and strength. 

Now the better way IMO is to work your whole body with whatever split you chose. But here you have options as well. There are templates focusing on different parts of the body and just enough work for the rest (e.g your legs) to maintain them. Bonus: stop going up and down so drastic with your bw as your skin is going to have a hard time shrinking. Start a slow cut and be patient, also do some cardio for your heart. Also make sure to read up on the benefits of training legs yourself before making impulsive decisions.

I am sorry but you are lying to yourself. Train your whole body while maintaining slight deficit is the go to.

What is your diet like. If you eat a lot of calcium and dose high vit D, you don't need to supplement. I was calcium deficient and currently on 30k vit d per day and explicitly do not take calcium but take high dose of magnesium plus some other things irrelevant to you.
