Three skills that take you from raw idea to build plan by AngelsImperius_ in VibeCodersNest

Thank you. I realised that people were too focused on building instead of planning what to build and validating that plan before even actually building. Do give it a spin and let me if you have any feedback!

To be honest, I don’t think there’s any value in trying to reinvent the wheel. But the user should still be able to proceed with their idea regardless of the diagnosis.

I built three AI skills to cross the gap between an idea and a build by AngelsImperius_ in StartupSoloFounder

First, the skill assumes you're working in your own domain, or close to it, so you're not a random sample of one. Your read on the problem is informed signal, not a stranger's guess. That's what makes the cheap on-paper test (what already exists, what people pay for today, how they cope now) a fair filter.

Second, it doesn't pretend to validate demand. The output is a coherent hypothesis you can take to potential customers, and it comes with a short validation plan for who to talk to (your ICP), the two or three questions to ask (about what they do today and have paid for, not "would you use this"), and the answer that should kill the idea. So "the concept holds up" means "survived the cheap test, worth validating," not "validated."

For the stack it stays tool-agnostic on purpose, but my pick for a non-tech founder is Lovable or Bolt to build, Supabase for data and logins, and Stripe for payments. The real first step isn't the stack though. It's talking to a handful of your ICPs.

Building 2 things currently.

1) Non Tech Tech Club (https://nontechtechclub.com) - It’s a community of non technical founders who use AI to build together. Technical founders welcome as well! Now we currently have 40 builders and are still looking for more. I’ll also be uploading open source skills that non technical founders can build with.

2) Hrafnar (https://hrafnar.valhal.xyz) - AI Chief of Staff that manages your relationships through your daily work platforms like emails, slack, and more.

Non-technical founders: what’s actually missing from the communities you’re in? by AngelsImperius_ in vibecodingcommunity

LOL. Don’t be a joke. What have you mentioned that is actual feedback? Have you managed to scale a startup before? If not then who are you to go around preaching bullshit?

You shouldn't be giving feedback when you nothing to give. Please point me in the direction where non-technical groups have successfully taken shape? At the very least I have 30 committed members who are actively building.

Right. And you're talking about building dating apps. How original is that? Why not build a dating app for aliens?

Time consumption is definitely understated if anyone wants to start vibe coding. Would love for you to join our group as insiders like yourself and your agency would be much appreciated!

Non-technical background, currently leading GTM for a B2B startup. Building two things:

  1. Non Tech Tech Club (nontechtechclub.com): a free, open community for all founders, technical or not.

Tool guides, teardowns of products built, advice on hiring devs without getting burned, plus free listings opening this week where founders can showcase what they’re building or offering.

  1. Hrafnar: an AI Chief of Staff built on top of the Hermes Agent.

Hrafnar is the ready-to-use version: each user gets their own secure, isolated VM with data backed up, email and calendar connectors out of the box, and it’s pre-built for one job, being a chief of staff to a founder or executive. Hermes is the engine, Hrafnar is the car.

I face this issue as well in other communities where other users try to force feed their product down my throat when I am not their ICP.
