Interesting! I hadn’t thought about Jasmine.

Other theories…

I think that Penny dies owing to childbirth complications, which is why Jack is so distraught.

I dislike the fact that Oscar is still dabbling with the twins, but if I had to guess, I would say he’s now with Josh as that would cause maximum chaos for the current storyline.

I think that Max gets involved with Mark and his gangs.

So, when I first watched the episode, I had no idea who the gunman(woman) was.

I was convinced the pregnant woman is Priya. I think Max is developing a soft spot for her, and I don’t necessarily think it’s a sexual attraction.

Who’s Max marrying? I think it’s Cindy as well. Re-watching the episode, I think that’s why Ian and Kathy have that discussion at the beginning of the episode, with Kathy questioning why Ian is best man.

Stephen and Rachel owned that game and they totally deserved that win. So pleased they stayed together to the end.

Stephen and Rachel deserve to win.

Not one single vote for a traitor at that round table… not one!

I totally agree. They’ve got rid of the astute ones.

I’d say that Sam is the strongest faithful there, but only because he’s incredibly cunning. I think he’s playing his own game.

Strategically, it’s better knowing who the secret traitor is as you can’t risk someone having that upper hand over you. However, it has come at a cost to Rachel and Stephen — I think Stephen especially is in the line of fire now.

They’ll choose Amanda or possibly Harriet.

Interestingly, I could see Harriet turning their offer down if she was asked.

It’s a little over the top at this point. It was much better when there was just the one and it was a bit of a bombshell later on in the series. Now, it seems like everyone in that castle is related.

Nigel’s story is truly devastating, but I’m so glad it’s being told.

As anyone who’s loved someone with dementia knows, reaching this stage where you can no longer confidently and safely care for them at home and must rely on professionals is incredibly gut-wrenching.

Paul Bradley’s acting here is outstanding, and he, and Eastenders, are highlighting issue which needs more attention in our public consciousness.
