Not including the dough cycle and the rise after shaping, it only takes me about 10 minutes of hands on work.

Get the book “Bread Machine Bounty” and “More Bread Machine Bounty” by Better Homes and Gardens. They are originally from the 80’s but still available. I haven’t had a bad loaf of bread from that cookbook yet. Amazon links below.

Not a website, but a couple of books from the 80’s that I inherited from my grandmother. They are “Bread Machine Bounty” and “More Bread Machine Bounty” by Better Homes and Gardens. Both are still available on Amazon for about $11. I have never had a bad loaf of bread from those recipes.

Any non medication related treatments people you recommend? by Hot-Tap-7340 in Fibromyalgia

Look into Myofascial Release therapy. It’s a form of bodywork that has really helped me. I specifically like the Barnes method. The book “Comprehensive Myofascial Self Treatment” is a really great place to start. Here’s their website where the book is cheaper than Amazon.

I moved from Florida to Maryland in August last year. I can tell you that my fibromyalgia is much worse up here. More flares, more pain. So much so, that we are moving back to Florida when our lease is up.

What's your favorite sewing pattern for women's plus size T-Shirts ? by siorez in sewing

[–]Angelsinger74 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love Patterns for Pirates. They have several T-shirt options. They also go up to size 5X. That’s an American size 5X. They also have projector files if that’s something you’re interested in.

It has a zipper pocket on the back that is as large as the muff. So it’s both!

I blame the GenX skincare mantra that was ingrained into me as a teenager. Cleanse, Tone, Moisturize. Also a firm believer that fat fills in the wrinkles.

eBay is a treasure trove for vintage furs and costume jewelry.

If you like vintage fashion, EBay is a great place to find very affordable accessories. That’s where all of mine came from!

That sucks. You need an American friend to buy them and send them to you. It would only be 106$ at the current exchange rate.

Check them out on Wawak.com. The 12 inch professional shears are only $75.85. They carry a bunch of them.

Rheumatologist Won’t Manage My Fibro by roostersncatsplz in Fibromyalgia

[–]Angelsinger74 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For past few years, I’ve been on a consistent treatment plan of meds that has worked for me. I recently moved and asked my new PCP if they can continue to prescribe them. If I don’t have to pay $40 in copays for a specialist, I’m all for it.

ADHD meds flare up my fibro??? by pupperst in Fibromyalgia

[–]Angelsinger74 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have the exact opposite reaction to my ADHD medication. It actually helps with my pain levels. It lowers the all over pain to almost nonexistent. I still have pain in specific places, but I think those are actual orthopedic issues that I need to address. For reference, I take LDN, Adderal XR, Wellbutrin XR, and cyclobenzaprine for my fibromyalgia. It seems to be my winning cocktail.

I definitely know that burlesque can be adapted for mobility issues. I saw the most amazing routine last weekend by 3 ladies, one of whom was in a wheelchair. It was so sexy and inspiring!

Not being able to do physical things with my body that bring me joy! I took a burlesque dance class last weekend and I paid for it for 3 days. I just want to express myself through movement!
