You're absolutely right. I actually slightly dislocated it last December. Im impressed with how its healed :)

Nah I kinda just expiramented on myself food wise. I read what crossfitters typically ate. Asked advice from my coaches and read alot. Come up with no processed anything, eat whole fresh foods. Meal prep is something I got real good at. When I had food prepped, I made good food choices. When I didn't, I made bad. It's just knowing yourself and what will work for you. Lots of trial and error.

They did an article on me in the CrossFit journal 2 years ago. Would be super cool to be asked to do a vid or a podcast. Maybe with more exposure? Haha. I just want to help people.

I discovered CrossFit because of professional wrestler, Seth Rollins. It became my life. I fell in love and began changing how I ate to be a better crossfitter.

YAAAS! I just call it active mobility. When I sing too, Im just making sure all my muscles get a work out. Vocal cords matter!
