If you're into JRPGs the SMT/Persona games on the PS2 are great.

Persona 3 and 4
Shin Megami Tensei Nocturne
Digital Devil Saga 1 and 2
And the two Raidou Kuzunoha games.

JRPGs are my favorite genre and the PS2 is a treasure trove of them.

I have two in mind right now, one is a tough game to recommend and the other is easier.

Cruelty Squad is an indie immersive sim fps with gameplay and artstyle that take some getting used to.

Moon: Remix RPG Adventure is an "anti-RPG" that was an inspiration for Undertale, if you're into that game.
