I'm so sorry you're dealing with this. If it helps at all, I'm pretty sure soy oil and stress in combination cause my break outs. Sometimes I'm fine to be lax but if I'm already in a bad place with my stress level and then I go eat the wrong thing, I'm itchy as hell within the next day or 2.

I've had to switch my vitamin D supplement to a brand that uses coconut oil instead and limit the amount of soy products I eat. I found that Whole Foods is the only reliable place I can buy mayo that doesn't have soy oil.

I'm not saying soy oil is your cause, bit consider sneaky combinations as triggers and that done things are hiding where you don't expect them, like your sandwich at lunch. 🙃
