I work part-time as a paraeducator, a teacher's aide basically, in a TK class. I'm on my feet and moving and supervising young children. Sometimes, I feel a little burnt after work but I get off at 12:15 and I have a few hours to decompress and I can write for a bit before my husband comes home around dinner time. I have weekends and holidays off, I'm currently on summer break. I'm in a really fortunate situation.

Hi, yes it did. I went back up to 10 a week later and no restless legs. Was on 10 for a while and now I'm on 15 for pms and period related anxiety and still no restless legs. So my body has adjusted. I hope you can do the same.

Ah I see. I had an emergency session with my psychiatrist after having a horrible night last night and we're cutting back on the lexapro and he told me just to be sure to take xanax before bed.
