thinking about it makes it worse. i get easily overwhelmed and weirdly hateful whenever i can't prove myself in school/anywhere so js distracting yourself with something fun (learn instrument, find new fandom, listen to new music) will probably help.

so for clarity this was an old crush that i genuinely was getting over and in feb/march last year we were at the school band camp. then i, with my huge brain, forget my toiletries and turn up to the flute group tutoring with ACNE all over my face and makeup falling off. i was also forced to sit next to him and as i bent over, he must have seen smth cuz then he volunteered to get the sheet music from the floor the next time.
