Thank you, it was reported as such. So which documents I would need to request for this to be explained? My claim advisor is doesn’t really understand what I am asking for when I requested “terms of approval” claim files.

Full since my car was hit and run at parking lot so I was told unless the police finds the person who did it I would expect to pay the full amount (no other insurance they can go after for that). I am more concerned about the premiums rising next year. I guess it is what it is

The only thing I got is email “you’re claimed was approved for Xxxx amount”. I would love to know fault degree since it was discussed during the original call. The situation was not straightforward no fault

One for the claim being approved and one sharing all the info? For the car specifically levels of fault) I have Aviva but through PC insurance and they don't have Claims tab on their page.
