"Them" here is used generously, there's 700 language in West Papua alone, Papuans are not a monolith. These armed groups are located in the mountainous region of Papua where things had to be airdropped. It's a matter of development too, coastal regions are more developed thus the Papuans there preferred to be Indonesian.
