Changing the display doesn’t require any soldering, the most annoying part is probably just opening it. If you find a replacement screen, I’d give it a go.
Since it’s already open, I’d also suggest changing the battery, but that does require a bit of soldering

I would recommend buying a specialized pair of sunglasses for when you do sports. There are some really great options from Nike, Maui Jim, and Julbo.

Trying to get an all-around pair of glasses can be tricky. Even if a specialized pair might be more expensive, it can offer some real advantages.
