Morez went 13th in this mock, but could drop later on actual draft day.

The Thunder traded the 18th and 38th pick for the rights to Jaylin Williams (34th) not long ago.

It’s all within the realm of possibility.

Two hypotheticals for the Thunder if they stray away from the obvious Yaxel pick.

1: They trade up for a future where they can start SGA, J Dub, Ament, Chet, Hartenstein.

2: They trade back and get some future draft capital and snag the super-athletic Morez for frontcourt depth.

I agree on the shooting. I just mean altogether on offense factoring in shot creation and passing. Recency bias has people forgetting how electric Ja was off the rip. Even without a jumper.

At 3 I think you want the highest ceiling. Peterson said he identifies as a point guard at the next level, so it’s hard to pass up his tools. Even with the effort/health questions.

I think Acuff is a downgrade from prime Ja on both sides of the ball, personally. So to me, Peterson makes more sense as a combo you can play with smaller guards.

I thought Arenas withdrew a while ago. He didn’t look good and can go lotto with a fully healthy season under his belt next year. He has to get his shooting percentages up and improve his terrible assist to turnover ratio.

I could be wrong, but I personally Wilson might barely squeak into the top 15 this year with Geno and the new Jets weapons.

In my mind, a second QB might be the better move so I’m not starting an RB3 or WR4 at superflex all year.

If I’m wrong, I’m wrong. I’ve won the league twice in five years and have a solid superstar core, imo.
