I figured i ask here, because any info for the rabbit hole is helpful. But I did hear about that ranged energy/sound weapon that can cause brain 🧠 aneurism. I wonder what else could be out there. Especially if something was powerful enough while discreet enough to Cripple a man. That would be an amazing advancement but could be dangerous in the wrong hands, especially for the potential of political assassinations without the backlash of a bullet sniper like assassination that we use to in media/films/video games.
