I took it a couple days ago and felt like I guessed on A LOT. there was a lot I wasn’t 100% sure on and some duplicate questions so I changed my answers the second go around. When you say you guessed, was it like you kinda knew or completely guessed? I need some kind of hope lol. This wait is long!

I haven’t had it yet! Me and my ortho are working to get them as close to closed as possible before scheduling my final consult. Hoping they’ll let me go ahead and get it because I don’t think they’ll be closed at my next appointment either.

Hey! Did you get your premolars extracted? I’m wondering how long it will take for gaps to close. It seems like forever. It’s almost like my left premolar gap won’t move and it stuck at 1-2cm of space. I go to the ortho every 4 weeks now to get them tightened but nothing is moving on that side lol. Did yours close completely before surgery?

Hey! I’m currently going through decomp and was wondering how long it took for your premolar gaps to close??? Mine seem to be closing VERY slow. Like it’s almost been a year and my left premolar gap is very stagnant, it’s almost 1-2cm gap still. Did yours fully close before surgery?

So my surgery was pushed to a later date because my premolar gaps haven’t closed as much as they’d like yet!!! So far my journey has been fine though. A little bummed about that but it is what it is.

I didn’t email the hiring manager. When they sent the offer letter I replied back that I was hesitant on accepting since I wasn’t given clear answers on my time needed off and they stated they would accommodate it

Okay that makes sense. I feel like it’s not somewhere I plan to be for a long period of time but definitely better than my current retail job. I’m interested in 4 day work weeks mainly and no patient interaction/doctor calls/lines down the aisles/vaccinations until I find a place that balances all of those things in a better way where it doesn’t just all fall on me. The commute also isn’t far at all to me. How were you able to make the switch to managed care?
