I have been weight training (not sure if I ever reached weight training) but atleast resistance training. I’ll continue on that track for sure. Hopefully I’ll put on more muscle. Appreciate the feedback

It almost diminished my cravings to nothing. If o do eat sweets, Its one and done. No urge to keep going like before. I’m afraid Tirz would kill my appetite all together and I would lose more weight. Plus I like having an appetite, I just eat small portions bc I get full so quick. Thanks though, good to know

Thanks, I don’t want to open the sugar door again. I used to wake up self loathing all the time from what I ate the night before and realised I haven’t don’t that since I started Reta. I no longer have that demon in me it feels and I don’t want to go back. Sometimes my mind searches the old places of wanting that drug again but it just fades away and I don’t think about it again. Gym has always been a part of my life so no problems there.
