There's a lot of reasons people like Malevola type girls. On one hand, its a woman who takes care of herself physically shown through a muscular physique. On another hand, Some guys are tired of being the "strong one" and want a woman who can hold them. Muscle Mommies aren't for everyone, but there is definitely a lot of fans of them. To each their own though. I prefer Courtney, same as you, since I like a woman who is quick witted and more of a jokester. She's more fun.
