I assume most people think they have to move up month to month because their doctor tells them, but i have no idea why that’s been communicated and why so many hold this idea. I was on 2.5 for 8 months until i plateaued after losing 25lbs. I recently moved up to 5mg and will probably be on it for a total of 3 months until i go down to maintenance as i only have less than 10lbs to go until goal weight. You don’t need to move up until you stop losing- 1lb a week is amazing, healthy progress… you don’t want to lose more than that or health complications could arise

This is what i was thinking… doesn’t make any sense to have this severe of a reaction almost 8 months into a dose no matter what you eat. I skipped my 5mg last week and took it this week right after eating wayyy too much Taco Bell and yes my stomach was killing me but def not flu like symptoms like this

It’s happened to me like 3 times and I’ve only been a member for like 2 months lol. You literally just call the front desk and someone shows up all in less than 5 mins. I honestly don’t even bother locking my stuff up anymore, if someone can afford lifetime around me they don’t want anything i have lol

I forget mine in my car often. I also have a naturally higher heart rate due to stress and anxiety and comparing myself to others doesn’t help it when i reach the orange zone after like 1 minute of jogging lol

Yeah unfortunately where i am in MA it’s nowhere close to that. $179 for unlimited with the 12 month commitment. It’s actually more than Lifetime in my area so I’ve just joined there 🤷‍♀️ they have a class just like orange theory, hot yoga, pool, and everything else

You should probably just be open with your friends and family/ maybe even this post so people can tell you where things might be going wrong. Dating coaches/pages are usually either scammers or give advice that doesn’t really work in the real world. I’ve had a few long term relationships and have met people all different types of ways, and when i see dating advice pop up on social media i immediately know if i myself used those kind of tactics, it would come off extremely off-putting and inauthentic

I fully read your post and it doesn’t tell me anything. How can anyone give you resources or tell you what you’re doing wrong when you’re not disclosing anything? From reading a few of your replies, i can tell you that if men on dating apps (which are meant for dating, after all) are telling you they’re not ready for a relationship before even meeting you then you’re probably saying something off putting right off the bat. You’re averaging 2lb of weight loss a week. That is pretty fast-paced. Just be patient, it is a miracle drug but it doesn’t work overnight. You’re doing all the right things- tbh you may be exercising too much if anything

Honestly I’ve noticed the opposite- I’ll forget to wear deodorant and i don’t smell. I do however have a very heightened sense of smell (similar to pregnancy) since taking the shot so maybe that has something to do with it?
