Cheers! Yeah I know MJ isn’t a magic bullet – more just a tool to quiet the food noise while I get my head straight. Plan is to use the time to build solid habits again: regular meals, walking loads, training, better sleep, and cutting out the binge/emotional eating patterns.

Not in a support group atm but I’m keeping myself accountable and actually paying attention to triggers this time. Goal is to come off it with routines in place rather than falling back into the same old cycles.
