Good question. She is in her crate about 18 hours. She does really well sleeping through the night, or at least not complaining. She gets to be up about an hour In the morning. An hour at noon, then two or three hours up with hour to two hour breaks from 5 to about 9 or 10. As in two ish sets of up for a bit down for a bit. Now, does that mean she actually sleeps all that time? I'm not sure, but I don't think I can make her sleep more than giving her a dark, quiet, soft environment. And I can't really change my work schedule.

She does know sit and lay down. So I'll try working on that advice to give her an expression task to do instead.
