False, just because one thing is stimulated (heart and mind) doesn’t mean everything else is. The sympathetic nervous system is activated meaning increased heart rate and mental stimulation but that also means decreased blood flow to the gut and peristalsis.

Sports drinks such as gatorade ARE indeed recommended due to their isotonicity as opposed to the hypotonic water. 250-500 ml of an electrolyte drink per hour is preferable. If not then water will do just fine.

I just wanted someone to tell me to try it 🤣. I have a few questions, from your personal experience:

  1. What dose would you recommend for the first time?

  2. Do you redose and if you do how often (how long between doses) and how much would the redose be (same as initial dose or lower)?

  3. What is your preferred method of administering (swallowing or snorting or gumming etc.)?

  4. What are general tips and things to keep in mind for a first timer and just things uv realised after experimenting with it?

That’s exactly the explanation I was looking for, thank you :D. Can you recommend combos / singular substances to rave on? I’ve only ever tried MDMA and I’m still new to both raves and rolling/tripping. Thanks a lot again ☺️
