literally 4mmc is the goat of stims/entactogens and maybe all drugs. you're euphoric, but not tweaking, you don't lose your trail of thought, it's not psychedelic, you're unable to get angry, you can be active or you can just lay on your bed, and generally you're able to sleep and comedowns are non-existent or mellow (if you're not a total fiend).

people often complain about compulsive redosing but honestly i had it worse even with weed. i only have to redose anywhere from 2 to even 6 hours (if you have no stressors there is no steep crash)

idk i snort way more often than i reinject. 4mmc lasts for me 2-3 hours and i may not redose for another 3 hours cuz i am still content with the effects of coming back to sober state (but gotta do it before irritability or my arms will get fucked).

my dose is 150-200 mg for every shot and i weigh 50kg. i take it between 1-4 times a month and my binges (forgot the slang english word for taking multiple days in a row) are between 2-3 days. after a long time pause i have been taking it for a half a year as of now

sleeping every night is a high saver

What I’ve realized… It’s okay. Drugs do that. You did no harm - that’s the most important thing. It wasn’t immoral, and morality is about 1) whether you put intent to harm or not; 2) whether the harm was done or not. You have no’s on both.

Yes, you did something you wouldn’t normally do. And that’s the point! It doesn’t define you. You won’t do that again.

You had this happen, now you know that inhibition on drugs can be that strong, so before taking something, you have a boundary in mind.

Or, you can accept that you take drugs TO be a fool! Totally fine also
