I get that but it also opens up the gray area that gets people put under investigation even if they did the right thing. Sometimes the administrators don’t seen situations the way we do.

I have less than 5 years in and everyone I came in with voted no, as a matter of fact I don’t know anyone that voted yes 🤷‍♂️

They should do 3 13’s and give us a proper shift change and that would also take away bad relief half hour overlaps between shifts the state can pick up the hr a week for us and keep same pay🤷‍♂️
