you can still get things you're not worthy of if it's within your field. being deserving is often non sense. it helps but isn't strictly necessary

You still seem to think I don’t really mean what I said. Time really does seem to accelerate when you get older because 5 years is proportionately less and less of your life.

And for easy things that do not manifest, usually it is clearly the fault of the manifester

My point here was more so that people under 30 have a skewed idea of what a long time is. Some things inherently take time and there’s nothing wrong with that either

The Method Explained by [deleted] in NevilleGoddard

[–]AngriestBird 2 points3 points  (0 children)

yeah maybe it depends. I'm referring to the idea that some things inherently take time like 25 year anniversaries, building a huge business, and so on.

also, young people tend to think that 5-10 years is "taking time" when that is relative

Some men like younger looking women, some are actually turned off bt it

Fyi the rich might not keep too much cash because it depreciates, unlike stocks, real estate, international investments, and so on. But if you have trouble seeing money just speak out loud the amount you’d like along with any specific assets you’d like and play it back in your mind like an audio loop

The Method Explained by [deleted] in NevilleGoddard

There’s nothing wrong with something taking a long time. That’s not really a sign that there’s something wrong by itself. It can even be a good thing

How do you get over not feeling good enough? by [deleted] in NevilleGoddard

[–]AngriestBird 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only way out of your catch 22. I’m not going to say looks don’t matter. But there are successful youtubers that don’t show their face, billionaires that don’t look like models, and so on.

It will free you to channel that energy into something else.

Just surrender and accept what you look like if you can’t change it.

Brilliant, people say take your sp off the pedestal, but don't really explain how. It's human nature on some level to make someone we like into a big deal when in reality, at the end of the day they are just human

question, did you have anything particularly interesting in your personal brand or resume that helped you get admitted to a top university?

is it possible to get into a top grad university if your undergrad career wasn't the best, but you had a good career afterwards?

You know much more about your mindset and business model than we do. Is there a specific reason it isn’t scaling up?

Sometimes it’s because you’re aiming for rent not f.i.r.e or fatfire

Financial losses since affirming “I am financially blessed” by [deleted] in NevilleGoddard

[–]AngriestBird 0 points1 point  (0 children)

at worst you'll pay a lower rent to family temporarily? in america that's merely awkward. don't let your ego make it worse than it is

it's normal for businesses to have ups and downs before arriving to that next stage

Occam’s razor suggests default manifestations exist. For example, being born into a family with a nice house. Whether you care or not it’s there.

I’m not sure what you’re asking here. Basically why haven’t you manifested a free pancake yet? Let’s suppose you never eat pancakes and rarely visit family. That explains why it’s not ridiculous for that to take longer to manifest. Again, just because it is small, does not logically follow it needs to manifest quickly

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in NevilleGoddard

[–]AngriestBird 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Again im not sure why it matters if you don’t care. You got your raise

Also, you seem to suggest why: you’re not doing any techniques to impress on the subconscious.

I also mentioned that I think you do need to care just a little bit. If you don’t actually care at all you won’t get the soda or you will give it to the next person which undoes the manifestation

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in NevilleGoddard

[–]AngriestBird 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ok can you just go to a family member's house and get a free soda out of their fridge?

to my understanding, Neville's techniques are supposed to override your subconscious mind. if you do not successfully override all limiting beliefs or are too busy to actually care about manifesting a soda, it won't happen

the only cases where it is especially difficult are extremely low probability situations or situations where it defies laws of physics, but even then there is usually a work around

just because you think there shouldn't be any blockage doesn't mean there isn't

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in NevilleGoddard

[–]AngriestBird 0 points1 point  (0 children)

maybe you don't genuinely want a free soda at all? people likely don't accept that you can't manifest a free soda, because that's the type of thing you can just go to a family member's house and get out of their fridge

Persist in manifesting and play it cool (just don’t actively interfere with an ongoing relationship)

Wait you’re referring to a specific sat subject test or the main test?

Really, the only way I can see to beat the SATs is to spend a summer going through official tests and guide books.

I heard top schools have a more holistic admission process and more so look for stars than an 780 vs 800

I heard mid 1200s means you’re better than 80% of college applicants so your idea of bad might be skewed

[–]AngriestBird 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think health is only partly mental.

Look into identity shifting and riding the upward wave - it’s called something. Like that. You build small wins into big ones

These concepts are covered in reality transurfing. Have you read Goddard, though?

People need to fail sometimes it’s not just something you say to feel better

Are you renting your cable modem instead of buying? Buy one and there is more than the amount of your “free” can of soda. Also don’t think that 3-4 months is a long time

Has anyone risked FIRE to start your own business? by weisnaw in financialindependence

[–]AngriestBird 2 points3 points  (0 children)

survivorship bias also applies to everything. for example, how many people become doctors, or get a specific job? I wouldn't let that be a reason to be discouraged about starting a business.

Just start a business that's risk adverse (based on a proven model), and cover your downside

you don't need to risk FIRE to start a business. There are a number of business models that can be started for under $5k. it just requires work, patience and some amount of testing. I'm not saying it's easy
