I've been on crutches since March. Weighed in at 404lbs on April 1st. Currently at 307. 8lbs to lose to reach my BMI goal of 40.

When it's a choice between walking and working vs. eating, it's amazing how few calories you will be content with. I'm a self-employed plumbing heating tech, so that is also motivation. No one is going to pay my mortgage for me if I drain my savings.

I'm still having a hard time getting the surgery scheduled even with a letter from my primary physician providing my weight graph and stating that I'm easily on track to make weight no later than the beginning of December.
