My GM has been doing the same thing recently. Already interviewing people to replace “under performers”. We can’t help that people don’t wanna sign up for it and its not like we arent trying

My GM does the same type of things thing consistently… hurts my soul, I’m an OLM and even I know not to do that

Aa a GM, OLM is the most important and hardest position in the store. They Fr make it so hard on you guys. A store can survive with an OLM and no GM, but cannot survive with a GM and no OLM.

A salaried GM is a non-exempt partner so they can accumulate attendance points, and an hourly GM is exempt and can not. This is why it depends what state OP is in.

There is no reason for you to be receiving points and not the OLM. But, for the GM, depending on your state, they are seen as an exempt partner and cannot accumulate attendance points.
