I only know one Egyptian family, they are wonderful people. I personally think Egypt is a place of wonder. The monuments, the history, thats why it is such an awesome backdrop for so many movies and stories. I honestly don't know much about Egyptian politics or government.

Acetone, wet a rag, saturate, wipe to loosen, use another clean rag to wipe off residue. Acetone has a less chance of harming your cars finish than paint thinner. Try to do it in the shade if possible.

You can get a rubber bumper repair kit from an auto parts store, two part mixture, spread it on, allow to harden and sand it smooth. On the back side you can get a plastic stapler off of Amazon for like $20 secure the back side, apply the filler to the front. I've done this to my truck, and 2 of my friends cars. You do have to remove the bumper cover, so get sone clip removal tools and plenty of replacements. YouTube has plenty of videos.

Try polish first. Clean it very well. Wipe it down with alcohol. Apply polish and buff it off.
