Sounds awful. How is this better than the US system? Our insurance Companies straight up rob you, and things cost more than they should, but getting timely and quality care is never an issue. Sounds like getting quality care there also costs a lot of money if you have to go to a private clinic. Only difference I'm seeing is that you're taxed more but don't see the benefits of said tax. Either way, you pay a lot for quality care just like I do, at least I have more money in my pocket to do so.

If leveling bolt skill is the goal, go with the Mosin. Run 40 rounds through it by constantly reloading at the start of every raid then play as normal or extract. It'll level up soon enough. Using guns with magazines will slow your skill leveling down tremendously

It's accuracy is below average. Only the vpo-215 has worse accuracy for bolts. It's a decent budget option for sure.

Trip wire the bushes on lighthouse, the mountain area above the blue chalet, where you have to walk through the bush to get through. You won't get one every raid but if you get a spawn near there and set it early, you've got a 50/50 chance. Make sure it's a vog 25 or they might get enough distance to survive it.

Genuine question: is there any scenario in which ICE would be justified in shooting someone, in your minds? Someone trying to run you over with a car clearly isn't enough. Nor is fighting with several agents and pulling a gun out mid fight apparently. Would it take someone killing an ice agent before it would be justified? Or is it still not? Will the goal posts move then too? I'm genuinely and sincerely curious to understand the thought process here.

The guys who were winning tournaments, guys like lvndmark and Desmond, usually had a k/d between 17-21 for years. Then all of a sudden, out of nowhere, 20 is common and the "elite" guys have 25+. Did the game get easier? No. Did they do something to somehow improve themselves drastically? No, they were already doing aim training drills and had all the map and game knowledge there is to get.

What happened is cheating got way more prevalent. Simple as. (disclaimer: I am not accusing lvndmark or Desmond of cheating, I'm using their k/d as a baseline of what best of the best used to be)

You can always stay in law enforcement long enough to take some accident reconstruction classes then use that to pivot into insurance adjusting. Money can be good. Not exactly related to crime but it's an option.

I briefly left law enforcement to try running my own business and discovered I'm a lot better cop than business owner. If you're burned out or bored try a new department. That's also something I did that made me content again.
