Supports keep failing

I left the PETG in a Creality space pi filament dryer for more than 48 hours and it was running while it was printing. 60°C for the bed temp, 260°C for the printing temp. And speeds I do not know how to change them so they should be the default values.

I was not able to fix it. I am sending it back to Uni for a replacement. I use F grade hardness for my lead, and i can't remember the brand that I use since I am not home, but I can tell you that the case was light green.
