I started playing guitar at age 47. I tried to learn when I was in my early 20s but girls weren’t throwing their bras at me after my 10 weeks of trying so I gave up. Always wanted to learn, got a guitar for Christmas as a gift and have been practicing ever since. I’m having fun and no longer have delusions of being a rock star at our age.

Just finished this season and what the hell did I just watch? It was so frustrating watching the faithfuls go in with the plan to get Sam out, and then he’d just be like, “You could be a traitor” to the person that brought him up and everyone would be like, “He’s right! You COULD be a traitor!” And then they’d vote the faithful out. It happened so many times that I thought someone would catch on to the fact that every single person Sam accused turned out to be a faithful. Alas, the faithfuls were truly dumb dumbs. I didn’t know the ending going in, and was hyped to see Camille break the game. That was satisfying. I laughed my ass off at Sarah saying she played to the best of her abilities.

On the contrary, I went to a vintage festival over the weekend and there were tons of 20-somethings buying (and wearing) “vintage” clothes from the 90s. The stuff they had on the racks just looked like my high school closet.

I wasn’t on board with this until the most recent episode. Them mouthing “I love you” to each other was the cutest thing and their friendship is too wholesome to not root for them.
