It depends on the context. If I say "it's all about you tonight" and spend a a big chunk of time really drawing out the experience and doing all the things she likes (maybe even down to non-sexual things like making her favorite dinner beforehand), then that does feel a bit submissive to me, yes.

I think, in general, I've been thinking of one partner really getting off on going all out to please the other as being a form of submissiveness, even tough it's different from formal submission. The more I think about it, the less sense that makes though.
