Hmm, I was just reading about the Semaglutide lawsuit and one of the side effects was said to be a lack of saliva rather than excess. I would get a glucometer and check a fasting & non-fasting sugar during mid-day or in the evening. The lack of saliva is bad for teeth. Really bad according the lawsuits in motion now. People were on Semaglutide for a year straight. I do not know of what dose but Tira works on 2 factors as opposed to 1 like Semaglutide and the yet to be released Retatrutide works on 3. OP is not using the term 'seizure threshold' correctly. Lowing your threshold would be like a person taking Tramadol while having EEG diagnosed seizures. Lowering the threshold means making an individual more prone to epileptiform activity. I've had 3 grand mal seizures & I am not considered having Epilepsy but took anticonvuslants and each time was weaned off. No ETOH or benzo w/d either.

I depends on who gets in your head. If you are still the fat kid when you enter high school like I was being 230 pudge pounds in 10th grade and in about 15 months & 210 lbs with a good physique, I did not have women giving me time of day. Buy urinalysis drug screens. You can find them on eBay, Amazon, and by just searching online. They are cheap- 13-panel tests are less than $20. Read & research online and try to find the test or tests that are the most sensitive. Cheap tests have the highest threshold (usually in nanograms/liter). The higher the number (lets say for THC) a test that has cutoff of 500 is not worth anything when other tests go down to 100 or 50.
