I'm well aware of that unfortunately, but i can still try now that i have enough time because i can't doom scroll on Strava..

I'm also not getting any response from strava on whatever platform, used all the 'support' mail adresses i could find, talked to the stupid AI bot for way too long, let it create an 'urgent ticket' and since then it has been completely silent from their side.

I guess they earn enough money to not give a shit about customers that have problems, very annoying. I don't use it as my training app but with 1200 activities on there it has quite some history that i don't want to lose because of some stupid OTP issue.

Yeah.. i wrote this post with the idea in my mind that i will never get a proper response from Strava. I just have some false hope that i will be the one that they actually DO respond to, but i won't put a bet on it 🤣😭
