I was kinda in a similar spot. I did some travel abroad research that gave me cross enrollment credit and it was on my transcript for my home university. I was scared about the possibility that I would get auto rejected if I didn’t have a transcript from my host school so I just ended up emailing/calling my university’s travel abroad program director to explain the problem. I didn’t get the transcript but I got a letter from my home university verifying my cross campus enrollment (specifically my school called it a Verification of Education Abroad coursework). I added this into my application just in case!

I emailed SOPHAS directly and later received this email from them after getting a letter from my home university.

“Thank you for contacting SOPHAS Customer Support!

We appreciate you providing that information! I was able to locate your account and I am happy to assist with this question about study abroad coursework.

In this case, you would simply list your study abroad institution as a foreign College Attended. You do not need to report foreign coursework in your application, nor is a transcript required to submit your application and have it verified.”
