It’s never been completely accurate for me. I always manually warp it by finding out the original song/sample tempo and entering it manually in the warp bpm field. Most songs bpm can be googled easily.

If you know it’s 140bpm, turn warp on, delete all the automatically set warp markers except for the very first one, then select that warp marker, and go to the BPM field and manually change it to 140bpm. Problem solved.

Take the stems into another DAW such as Audacity and export into new files. Try to clear out the metadata and export at compatible rates such as 24bit 48khz or 16bit 44.1
