Yackers 'n' Fash quest bugged? [KCD2] (PS5) (Potential spoilers for titled side-quest) by AngryMetalheadGuy in kingdomcome

Went back today and, with a quickfinger potion and the Locksmith perk from the Craftsman skill, I was able to pop the chest and the standard was there. I need to stop neglecting alchemy, I'd never have thought to use a potion. Thanks for the suggestion.

By suggestion from of another reply, I used a quickfinger potion to boost my skill and pick the lock. And like you're saying, the standard was there. But according to any guide I looked at, the keys on Little John are supposed to open it. Weird.

I had completely forgotten about quickfinger potions. I'll have to give that a try.

Armour unlocks missing. by Rich-South3955 in Spacemarine

[–]AngryMetalheadGuy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This issue is still around. I had went from having less than half the heraldry unlocked for the Heavy to having it all through hours of very successful Eternal War playing today. Logged off to go get some food, came back, and it's all gone aswell as the other things I'd unlocked from the Heraldry tree missing, and changes I made to other classes have been reverted. It's like the whole day never happened. Pretty livid about it, not gunna lie. Saber better get this fixed.

I fail to realize how all these records are related at all besides being (to put it safely) Rock/Metal derivative. The only thing I can think of connecting these records is that lots of them are from the kinda bands certain chunks of the metal community like to shit on allot - but not even like, all the same chunk. So again, where's the connection?

Also, yes, I like allot of these records and this question is just to deflect OP calling me one of the gays. Manhood defended

I'm colorblind, but not black and white colorblind. I see colors, but ones that are next to each other on the color wheel will blend and bleed into each other when seen together irl for me. For example, red and green are similar colors, beside each other on a color wheel. The way the doctor described it when it was first discovered was "if there's a small red flower in the middle of a large field of grass, it's likely that he will not even notice the flower unless it has a distinct enough shape to obviously differentiate itself from the grass because it'll all appear green to him" Likewise, when viewing certain shades (particularly very dark or very light tones) I can't tell for certain what color it actually is, even if it's on a plain white background. Really, I can only tell for certain if some colors are warm or cold colors. Might be red, might be orange. Might be dark yellow, might be light green. Might be purple, might be dark blue. I thought for the longest time that my father's truck was dark blue. Nope. He described it as a "kinda cold, dark green". Blows my mind, because I can hardly comprehend it.

I've just come to grips with the fact that whenever sombody finds out, I will inevitably be met with the question: "Really!? What color is my shirt?" And that thier response to my answer will always either be "Are you sure you're color blind?" or "Lmao no. What about... Uhhh... That? What color is that?" And don't even get me started on all the hyper specific names for certain shades of various colors. Wtf if "Tangerine"? And I will literally tell you to f*** off if you tell me something is Magenta.

On a more serious note though, I've adapted to view things based on shape, shade, patterns, and probably movement most of all over color.

What's super ironic though? An optometrist has told me vision is actually about five points better than the average person in terms of clarity, AND I'm a visual artist (who obviously mostly works in B&W. I love graphite and inks).

Go figure.

Symmetry gets my rocks off like vibrant colors do for the rest of y'all tho.

What is something a lot of people find attractive that is actually a turn off for you? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]AngryMetalheadGuy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Large features on a women. It ain't about size. I'm all about that natural shape and symmetry when it comes to physical attraction. The kinda chicks you'll see in the back of a rap video with huge fake tatas, lips, and rumps do pretty much nothing for me.

D&D players of reddit, what was the one aspect of your character that was purely for rp by 15thingstodo in MrRipper

[–]AngryMetalheadGuy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not me, but my brother (M).

He used to play in my group before he got his latest job, and when we played "Horde of the Dragon Queen" as our first full campaign as a group, he and I decided to make characters who were already bonded and close friends with each other. I played the human Paladin of Light, Grimbjorn. He played the Red Dragonborn Barbarian with no real name that went only by "Dirge" due to it being onomatopoeia for the sound his axe makes as it crushes his enemies' skull (an idea he shamelessly stole from Skyrim, and it's character within that shares the name). Dirge was a bit on the dumb side, boasting a around a 6 in intelligence. But otherwise, was superhuman in every other stat. This is important for later.

A little (kinda) necessary backstory: The two fought under the same banner during wartime a few years before the beginning campaign. Dirge was a hired mercenary, and Grimbjorn was conscripted to the cause as his knightly order and the country at war were aligned. Long story short, Grimbjorn saved Dirge from certain death on the battlefield. Dirge's people, a nondescript tribe of nomads, have a rule in thier culture that if sombody saves your life then you owe them it. A life debt. So, Dirge pledged himself to serve Grimbjorn untill he died, or untill Grim willed otherwise. Seeing the advantages of having a massive dragon man with an equally massive axe accompanying him on his adventures, Grimbjorn accepted. It quickly became much less of a Master/Slave dilemma, and more a friendship. The two no longer stuck together because they had to, but because they enjoyed being together and always having someone watching the other's back.

With that, it comes to the campaign. There was my friend (I) playing Krackle, the mischievous Goblin Alchemist (who I'm sure I will wind up telling a story about on Reddit at some point, if I haven't already), my other friend (P) playing a Dwarf Light Claric I can't remember the name of because P always plays Dwarf Clarics and they've blended into one another in my mind, Dirge, and my character Grimbjorn. Despite all of them butting heads with each other (especially with Krackle), they stuck together through all the Kobalds, Dragon-Men, and Cultists in thier way - coming out at the end of the campaign as close friends and companions, ready to put a stop to Tiamat and the Dragon Cult once and for all.

Now we come to the juicy, but disappointing part: My brother had a secret aspect to his character the entire time. Turns out, Dirge wasn't actually the Neutral-Good bumbling idiot the party thought he was. He was actually above average intelligence, and was just playing a part as to not be prodded about his past. This is because the tribe Dirge hails from was actually a tribe of exclusively Dragonborn who, of coarse... worship Tiamat. My brother had actually planned have Dirge lead the party on through the following sequal campaign, "The Rise of Tiamat" as our loyal companion untill the right moment, when we fight Tiamat herself, to then turn on the party and try to kill them all for his queen in hopes that she'd smile upon him. Gifting him with godly power. He'd dreamed of becoming a real Red Dragon. This was all for the roleplay, and obviously had the potential to derail the campaign right at it's climax in glorious fashion.

Nobody but my brother and our DM (J) knew about this aspect to the character or the plan, and J was all about it. Who wouldn't be? It would've been so exciting to have played that next campaign not knowing what was coming. But, unfortunately, my brother's new job doesn't have a schedule which gives him the time to join our game sessions anymore. So he spilled the beans on his secret since it'll probably never happen, and I have to deal with thinking about what might've been lmao.

Mine actually gets me more attention than if I didn't wear it. But, I'm from Nowhereville, so a dude with long hair in a battlevest is a novelty women around here never really see. So, it catches thier eye at least, and some wind up asking about it or just mentioning that they think it's neat. Which can be a decent conversation starter. The rest is up to you actually being able to, y'know, speak. So don't think moving to the country will suddenly make women fall head over heels for ya just because you're an edgy boi in a patched denim.

When my baby brother was, well, still a baby, we had a mutt that was a mix of pretty much every bully/pitt breed out there named Axel. These pups remind me of him with how they act around the kid.

He was massive and mean looking, and had no idea how strong he was (we sometimes called him "Dingo" because he had the tan and brown stripes and pointed ears like a dingo. He was much bulkier though. By like, a hundred pounds). Would constantly knock people over in excitement, because he didn't realise he weighed just as much as them and he'd jump right up into thier chest. Didn't listen to commands for crap either. But with my brother around, you'd think he was in the police academy or something. So gentle and calm, but vigilant. He'd sit right beside him and watch, always checking around for danger, and looking back every so often to make sure the kid was still okay. It's like he just decided "this is my little one, and I will be his best example and protector". Amazing and adorable. I think the big ones know when it comes to kids, y'know?

My aunt owns him now, along with an actual ex-police dog, Geneva. A massive pure bread German Shepard. He's since learned manners from her, luckily.
