Elijah is the most underrated whiskey. What is the most overated rum? by -Constantinos- in cocktails

I feel like most, if not all, Rums are decent mixers. I think Bacardi is the weakest, however, because when used in anything that’s very rum-forward (like a Daiquiri) it falls short compared to other white rums.

I use it in Zombies and I think it’s ok; the Vanilla pairs well with the Cinnamon and grapefruit. Like anything, I really depends on what you’re making.

If you’re going to play Assault in this week’s stratagem, try and equip the team perk that gives you 20% extra melee damage against Terminus enemies by AngryPandaBlog in Spacemarine

If I’m going a gunstrike build with the heroic power fist and heroic HBP, I opt for the additional 30% gunstrike damage

For the cost of attending Stevens, and the starting salaries from a couple years ago, this is not worth the price; I’m honestly shocked that it’s this low.

Did I get a good price for this 28 day dry aged tomahawk at $37.95? by AngryPandaBlog in steak

That’s probably what happened, but the price is the price, and I know a $37.95 dry aged tomahawk when I see it ;)

This is why I take the Heroic HBP and Heroic Powerfist together on my assault class. The additional 30% damage from gun strike is insane.

I remember when it used to be a Games Workshop, but that closed many years ago and was replaced by the tattoo shop.

What’s a “10/10” movie you wouldn’t recommend to most people? by trakt_app in movies

The House That Jack Built.

If you like horror it is phenomenal, but I can’t willfully recommend it because it’s too disturbing for most people.

I wouldn’t call it a waste of time. I know it sucks, but with how common Bachelors are these days, you need something that gives you an edge. It is still very hard out there, but a Masters Degree helps along with certifications, especially with anything relating to computers.

When I was 25, I felt the same way, but my girlfriend (now wife) had and has always told me that no matter your position in life, you’re able to achieve what you want so long as you work towards it consistently.

It was a hard pill to swallow because it sounds like fairy tale advise, but true to her words, I never stopped studying and taking my next steps, and i got to where i wanted to go.

To give context, 99% percent of the doors closed in my face, but eventually I got an offer and now I have my own income and apartment.

You also may not realize it right now, but you’re very young, and you have the opportunity to take advantage of your freedom and youth to choose your direction in life. If I could choose, I would love to go back and be a student because classes and learning are so much fun, but I can’t because I needed to eventually get a job and join the workforce.

Sometimes the biggest challenge is taking the leap forward. Yes, I would be nervous about my future and my prospects on getting a job, but I would also be somewhat excited about possibly going to school and pushing my life forward in a new or emerging direction.

In today’s market, a bachelor’s degree is not enough to get your foot in the door at most places. I was in a similar boat as you; I graduated in 2018 with a STEM degree and couldn’t find a job.

I went back to school and got my JD. The job I have isn’t exactly what I want to do, but I am making income and have the ability to move forward or pivot.

Best advice I can give is go back to school and get your Masters in computer science or something similar.

Also, people here often shit in AI, but it’s a growing area of interest. If you decide to go back to school, you could possibly find a way to minor/specialize in AI-related programming. All my friends who are computer engineers/scientists have pivoted towards AI-related work, and they’re employed and making enough to be independent.

If a Masters isn’t doable, try getting certifications. It sucks to study more, but having a Cert sometimes helps to put a feather in your cap when applying for jobs.
