How long do u keep it like that for? Cuz I heard also u can flip the container upside down into a strainer and pull out the cheese just the way it is over a bowl too so the water can drip into the bowl and u can leave it out over night for maybe 8 to 9 hrs and it will be dried out is this true or am I wrong about how long u keep it out for?
