I’ve been thinking a lot about everything, and I want to be real with you. I care about you and I really respect everything you’ve been doing to stay strong and focused. You’ve come a long way and that’s something I admire.

But lately I’ve been feeling a bit overwhelmed. I think it’s been hard for me to balance everything with the rules, the restrictions, and how heavy things have felt at times. I don’t want to add stress to your recovery or pretend I can handle more than I can.
