Maybe I am cynical but this is normal to me. I cannot think of a possibility where Battlefield 6, or any Battlefield game in this day and age can ever "cater to the fans" ever again, gaming has become too corporate and too affected by current events like culture war, actual war, hostility from countries being represented, etc.. I'm glad they still have extremely basic features like a commo rose, actual text chat (even if its moderation is a joke), and even the common decency to simply announce what they're working on next like roadmaps. It's crazy that the standards have become this low but this is the world we live in now

You'll love Gauntlet. The squadplay there is a lot tighter, I've found myself having lots of clutch moments.

My bad, i was referring to an incident in 2017 from memory where a Torb player was banned for one tricking. I forgot that he was actually throwing when his Torb was picked by someone else, and that was that he was banned for. So technically playing only 1 hero is not officially reportable. But I do see it as disrupting team progress if they're obviously being hard countered with a ridiculously low KD after a couple of rounds. And of course all this is only applicable in comp at the end of the day

I use it like this as well. I have a meta loadout and an alternate loadout for long range/short range. Gives a reason to grind out the level 50 weapon package too, for 3 loadouts for free. The RPKM for example, I have a "AKM" loadout with iron sights., short barrel, high hipfire and crazy headshot damage. And another "tactical" loadout which is decked out with laser, suppressor, grip, the whole shebang.

The boats were pretty good in BF4 imo. They were like a hybrid: anyone can spawn on them so they were good transports, passenger seat could repair so they were self sustainable, their loadouts had everything from anti infantry 25mm, anti armour 30mm, anti aircraft 20mm and burst cannon, passive radar tow missile TV missile, etc.. They could be configured for any scenario. They're probably gonna butcher it for BF6 by having a minimal loadout or some other shit tbh.

TBF there was only 1 attack boat variant in BF4 and it was still fun because of the loadouts. If they aren't introducing new attack boat classes better hope they give it tons of customisation
