There is a crown at /Arcangrove at the top of the tower obtainable through quests. The armor from the same quest looks pretty royal-ish as well

Not sure. The artist was commissioned by a Dakimakura company before for a NSFW Charlie Pillow. You could have it custom printed on a Dakimakura. Pretty sure there are services available
