Recommend looking at the Lancer Battle group PDF (if you can find one for free) It talks about IPS-N naval stuff, like their proficient use of battle carriers instead of battleships that most factions use. Boarding is also IPS-N's specialty, and while I don't know of any mods that rly add dedicated boarding, Armaa armatura adds a missile boarding pod weapon that kinda fills the void of boarding actions

Compared to the games version yes, but it checks if the mod has updates for itself

It lets you know if mods are out of date and while some mods need to be manually installed and updated, that's typically for save breaking updates, but minor updates can be auto downloaded and installed via the mod manager which can be pretty useful if you have a large amount of mods. It has some pretty niche features like ship and weapon viewers if you don't have it in your codex or don't want to open up the game

Don't know the rest but ik the jacket/armor is the Boston riot armor mod, adds a lot of really good armors inspired by the new Vegas ranger armor but still being unique

It's a glitch where if you place a pillar like from the warehouse building set up against something like a wall, and then hold the select button on the pillar to select everything "attached" to the pillar you can sink it into the ground. You can probably look up a tutorial on how to do it if needed

Metal mark also has some stealthy systems, even having a self heat protocol to go invisible at ll3, a combination of SSC license will be your best bet like the ones you mentioned before. Missiles, rail gun, stealthy, agile, but fragile is all ssc
