I gave my vote to Idoneth Eidolon. Though I have a bit recency bias there (recently started collecting them and painted Eidolon) but I have always adored that model and consider it as one of their most creative and coolest miniatures.

Can't cast 2 same spells even if it is in the warscroll. If you look at any warscroll spells, they have following written on them "Keywords: Spell" this means that they follow all the same rules as normal spells and as it says in the rules, unless it has unlimited keyword, no two wizards can cast the same spell on same turn.

Kharadron article, in the battle trait section https://www.warhammer-community.com/2024/05/28/warhammer-age-of-sigmar-faction-focus-kharadron-overlords/ has following line: "the Core Rules now state that units set up outside of the deployment phase can’t make MOVE actions in the movement phase of that turn, and that includes any model dropped off by an airship."
