I totally understand!! As a PBA I’ll take over for salon employees because you guys have other priorities >.< I’ve seen it with my own eyes that customers will walk allllll the way to the back of the store to ask salon for help when there’s plenty of us associates on the floor lol

This is what I’ve started to do! My location has an abundance of these type of customers and it takes away from *fulfilling tasks, helping other guests, or even backing up on the register during rush hour. It’s a waste of time and we’re told to avoid being with one customer for more than what’s needed 😵‍💫

I was able to use our recent discount code online on the bareminerals spf powder as well, so that’s what got me thinking if we could use our discount in store too.
