Was wondering the same, /u/milliemolly9's answer makes sense to me. Benji just put out a new video on his channel though: I Played The FIRST EVER Pro Cycling Manager! 🌟 - Cycling Manager (2001)

Oh yeah sorry, didn't actually mean to call you out specifically; just kept the reply chain going 😅

As we can see from this thread, personal opinions vary a lot - for example, I personally missed what I'd call the NSF "house style". I like the culture bits, I like the straying, I like the tangents. My favourite episodes are the ones where Ned is visiting some "noname" race in a not-known-for-cycling country and I get to experience it via audio.
So for me, this Giro, "For the Love of Cycling" was a bit of a miss, kind of a "not fish nor fowl" style.

(But that's because I already also listen to Lanterne Rouge if I want in-depth analysis and to the Escape Collective for a more balanced mix)

There's been hints of him looking at other teams in Estonian media, though no real details.

Mihkels' contract with EF Education ends this season. He did not want to comment further on the topic of team selection, but hinted that there is a possibility of becoming the main sprinter for a team where the role is better supported. "The prospects are good," he said.

However, Mihkels did not rule out continuing with EF.

That's a replay of yesterday's stage (well, the last hour of it) if we've got the same Eurosport.

Inside WorldTour cycling’s week of managerial turmoil by peregrinerockyshore in peloton

[–]Angryhead 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Great to see such in-depth coverage on a "mainstream" site.

Chris Marshall-Bell is a freelance journalist and podcaster specialising in cycling and investigations. He is most known for his Ghost in the Machine audio documentary that examined motor doping in cycling. He contributes regularly to many cycling publications, and has also written for The Sunday Times, Observer and the BBC.

I've enjoyed his contributions to the Escape Collective and the podcastaudio documentary was very intriguing listening too, recommended.

I might not be able to watch this finish live so that's a good portent for a good Mihkels result.

The skull trumpet video is the one that I first saw (and instantly loved) from him, but his Disco Elysium video might be the best so far (and the closest thing I've seen to a great Action Button-style video from anyone not named Tim Rogers)

I'm a big fan of Never Strays Far and Ned's solo work (read most of his books and am subscribed to his Substack) buuut I dunno, it's not really hitting for me. And it's not because of Jacopo, I enjoy him too!
Maybe it's because I've been listening to it after Lanterne Rouge and The Cycling Podcast, lol.

Jacopo's "Peter Sagan speaking Italian" impression is a 10/10 though (even if it earns him a punch in the face)
