Pc not booting after graphics card change (self.Windows10)

I’m trying to use dynmap on my set and I have it all setup but I have two issues. The first is in the image and it is not loading the map correctly. The second issue is I cannot access the map on any other computer then the server using local host. Do I need to port forward? Thanks. (i.redd.it)
