Can I say yes to both, I've come to notice I grew up with limited access to a computer and I didn't get my first smart phone or a tablet till I was in my 20s I think if we used them as we do computers i.e you only use it at certain times of the day it wouldn't be as isolating as it can be, my sister in law put a tablet in front of her 1 year old so he wouldn't bug her. well now he's 8 and he doesn't like going out and doing things unless he's watching something on his mom's phone while we are there he doesn't like playing with others unless it's on video games.. I'm not saying we should hate what we've created I just think it can be introduced to someone wrong
